This is a basic mat class designed for clients with previous Pilates experience. Exercises are simple to follow and will challenge your whole body, building strength, spinal stability, flexibility and coordination.
This class is suitable for those familiar with the Pilates Mat repertoire. A faster-paced class with some higher level exercises. Designed around the Pilates principles of centering, control, concentration, breathing, precision and flow. Improve your core strength, spinal stability, flexibility and balance.
